1. Do you do site visits?

• In all initial circumstances, we ask clients to provide measurements of their available space, accompanied by a photo or two of the intended location. From this we are able to offer the most suitable solution, and design bespoke bike sheds to fit your space perfectly. If the site poses any potential issues, or in cases of large commercial projects, we may find that a site visit is necessary.

2. What areas do you cover?

• We install in most parts of the UK but can also deliver the sheds for self assembly, where appropriate. Please contact us for more information.

3. Do you export to other countries?

• Yes, we are able to provide a delivery service of our Pedalbase and Spokeshed models to Europe.  Please contact us for further information.

4. Can I install the shed myself?

• We can provide full instructions for self assembly. Installation requires a reasonable understanding and experience of building similar structures.  We recommend that two people assemble the shed, as the components are very heavy!

  Due to the nature of bespoke projects we tend to offer installation only.

5. How do I order my shed?

• 
  
  Contact us to discuss your project - at this stage we’ll need basic measurements, your storage requirements and where possible, photographs of the space you have in mind. Following this, we'll email you planview drawings showing design options, along with costings and any other relevant information. (Of course, with a bespoke project this process may be repeated, as ideas develop). Once you are happy with the final details, we provide an invoice to place your order.
  
  
  At this stage we provide you with an approximate week of installation and your project is placed in our production schedule. Each of our sheds are hand-built and delivery is normally 8 weeks from the date of ordering (this may vary with bespoke projects, depending on complexity and scale).
  
  
  For bespoke projects, this process includes drawing up full workshop plans. When complete we send you elevation and perspective drawings for your final approval before production begins.
  
  
  When production is underway and we are a few weeks off the approximate installation date, we will contact you to agree a convenient day for the team to deliver and install your new bike shed.
  
  
  Installation normally takes about 2 hours for standard sheds. If installation is in an accessible location, quite often we can install without the need for you to be there. On completion our team will go through the workings of the shed and leave a Shed Care Guide and a small pot of paint (if appropriate) in case any scratches or knocks occur in the future. The team will make sure everything is tidy and nothing is left for you to dispose of or clean up.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

• We prefer payments by BACS transfer because it is fast and secure and there are no transaction fees for either party. However, we can accept any UK issued and most International Credit & Debit Cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.

7. What is the turn around time from ordering to installation/delivery?

• All of our sheds are hand built to order. With standard sheds, delivery is normally within 8-10 weeks from the date of ordering. Please do contact us for current lead times, which may be longer during particulary busy periods.
  

8. What does installation involve?

• Once your shed is ready, it will be delivered by our team in flat-packed panels. Our installers will then build the shed on site, ensuring that it is perfectly level. The shed will be fitted with an anchor point to chain your bikes to, and a locking mechanism to ensure it is kept secure when not in use. Once assembled, the team will finish the shed with any additional painting as needed, and will then have a thorough tidy up ensuring nothing is left behind but your lovely new shed.

9. What is your returns policy?

• In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your shed, we will be happy to work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and conveniently as possible.
