1. Do you do site visits?
In all initial circumstances, we ask clients to provide measurements of their available space, accompanied by a photo or two of the intended location. From this we are able to offer the most suitable solution, and design bespoke bike sheds to fit your space perfectly. If the site poses any potential issues, or in cases of large commercial projects, we may find that a site visit is necessary.
2. What areas do you cover?
We are able to provide an installation service for bespoke projects within a 150 mile radius of Bristol, with delivery for self assembly being available to all other parts of the UK.
Standard sheds are built for self assembley, and are delivered with all required fittings and full install instructions. Please contact us for a quote.
3. Do you export to other countries?
Yes, we are able to provide a delivery service of our Pedalbase and Spokeshed models to E.U countries. Please contact us for further information.
4. Can I install the shed myself?
Our standard units are designed for self assembly and we provide delivery to all parts of the UK, please contact us for pricing. Installation requires two people, and full instructions are provided.
As bespoke projects can be more complex, we do offer an installation service for these items within a 150 mile radius of Bristol.
5. How do I order my shed?
We have a simple 3 step order process, starting with your consultation.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by BACS transfer only. We do this because it is fast and secure and there are no transaction fees for either party. We do not accept cheques.
7. What is the turn around time from ordering to installation/delivery?
All of our sheds are hand built to order. With standard sheds, delivery is normally within 10 weeks from the date of ordering. Please do contact us for current lead times, which may be longer during particulary busy periods.
8. What does installation involve?
Once your shed is ready, it will be delivered by our team in flat-packed panels. Our installers will then build the shed on site, ensuring that it is perfectly level. The shed will be fitted with an anchor point to chain your bikes to, and a locking mechanism to ensure it is kept secure when not in use. Once assembled, the team will finish the shed with any additional painting as needed, and will then have a thorough tidy up ensuring nothing is left behind but your lovely new shed.
9. What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your shed once it has been supplied, we will be happy to work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and conveniently as possible. If you wish to return your shed, we will refund you the order value less the 30% deposit. Please note a collection charge may also be applicable.
